We offer a variety of standard sizes; for example, our standard ice cubes are 22 *22 * 22mm by default. If you have specific requirements, we can adjust the mold or ice-cutting mechanism to meet your specific ice cube size needs.

No problem. Our standard configuration uses top international brands (such as Bitzer compressors and Danfoss control components). If you have a list of preferred suppliers, our design team can adapt the system to your requirements.

Do you have a solution if I have limited installation space?

We can provide split designs or compact structural designs. Furthermore, we specialize in containerized ice plants , integrating ice making, ice storage, and control systems all within a 20-foot or 40-foot container, significantly saving on-site space and installation time.

Can the machine operate stably in tropical or high-salt-fog areas (such as the seaside)?

For high-temperature environments, we recommend using water-cooled or evaporative cooling systems; for coastal environments, we will treat the condenser with anti-corrosion measures or use evaporators made of SS316 stainless steel to ensure the long-term durability of the equipment.

Is the machine's daily output greatly affected by the environment?

The output of all industrial ice makers is affected by inlet water temperature and ambient temperature. We provide output reference tables for different operating conditions. Through customized enhanced refrigeration systems, we can ensure that the machine achieves its expected rated ice production in your local environment.

Do you support OEM or de-branding production?

Supported. For distributors and engineering partners, we can remove the original logo or affix your branding upon request, and provide neutral technical specifications and packaging.

How do I install it after receiving the goods? Do you provide on-site support?

Each machine undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory. We provide a detailed English installation manual and video tutorials with each shipment. For large systems, we can dispatch engineers for on-site commissioning or provide remote technical guidance via real-time video.

Are your industrial ice makers noisy when they run? How do you control the noise?

The noise from industrial ice makers primarily comes from the compressor, condenser fan, and water pump. Our standard units maintain industrial-safe noise levels (typically 70-80 dB). Will our groundwater/seawater clog the system? Is the ice clear enough?

We can customize an integrated water filtration system (such as RO reverse osmosis or multi-media filter) based on your source water report . For ice cube machines, we can equip them with an automatic drain function, which effectively reduces scale formation and ensures that the ice cubes are crystal clear and meet food-grade standards.

Which parts are prone to failure? Can you ship them quickly?

We will include some easily damaged spare parts randomly . Since our core components use internationally recognized brands such as Bitzer, Danfoss, and Schneider, you can easily purchase replacement parts in your local market. If you need them shipped, we will send them as soon as possible.
